REBOUND ACE SYNPAVE/ LAYKOLD MASTERS COLOR

The Rebound Ace Synpave and the Laykold Masters Color systems are hardcourt systems consisting exclusively of multiple layers of acrylic coating. These systems do not contain a rubber layer for elasticity, so the players feel a hard surface. However, the Synpave and Color systems are very durable and resistant to wear and tear, as well as very easy to maintain. The surface is smooth and uniform, which helps to improve precision of play.

REBOUND ACE GS 8

A 7mm thick rubber mat is glued on the asphalt subbase and sealed by a polyurethane pore sealer. After the sealer, a layer of fibreglass is applied to ensure that the court maintains its elasticity and does not become too soft in hot weather conditions. After a bond coat, 4 layers of acrylics are applied. This system is a "point elastic" system with a force absorption capacity of approximately 25%.

REBOUND ACE HSA 5 / LAYKOLD MASTERS 5

Are the most popular Rebound Ace and Laykold systems in Hungary and Europe. The HSA 5 / LM5 systems offer a thinner version of the same high quality rubber mat (only 4mm thick) as the GS8 system. A polyurethane based pore sealer is applied on top of the glued rubber mat, followed by 4 layers of acrylics. The HSA 5 / LM5 systems are point elastic systems with a force absorption efficiency of approximately 12-14%.

Unlike the ConiRAce technology, our traditional, well-established hard courts are based on an asphalt or concrete layer. On top of the subbase there are three types of coverings to choose from, with varying degrees of flexibility and hardness.
